Synthesis of Story: The 7th graders nailed it!

Synthesis of Story:
Intertwining Stories into Art

A brief description of the process students went through to create these works:

What do you want to SAY?!
How can you amplify the stories of others and weave in your own?!

Choose three artists below to research and fill out some info on:

Jon Bankston:

Come up with a takeway/motif that inspires you from the group above
And, now for the SYNTHESIS--one the HARDEST things you can do in the Artistic Process… (and, in life!)

What do you want to say?!    Are you inspired by them to just make a beautiful artwork using their style
or medium?!  Do you want to make a political statement?! Do you want to talk about an aspect of who
you are or illustrate a story?!
